Heat the pan with 3tsp of oil and fry green chillies, red chillies and coriander seed for few minutes. Collect these into a bowl. Then grind coconut, Kus kus, clove, cinnamon stick and Channa Dal (Pottu Kadalai) and add already fried mixture into it. Heat the pan again, add the mustard seed, onions, garlic, Curry Leaves, coriander leaves fry till onions become golden brown, reduce the flame, add turmeric powder
